The DS200TCPDG1BCC is a Power Distribution Board designed for General Electric's Mark V Speedtronic Turbine Control System. Housed within the system's <PD> (Power Distribution) core, its primary function is to manage and distribute 125 VDC power to the TCPS boards across all I/O cores and the central control engine, as well as to the TCEA boards in the <P1> core. As a hardware-based module with three product revisions, it operates without software configuration, playing a critical role in the reliable operation of industrial gas and steam turbines.

Core Power Management:The board centrally distributes 125 VDC power to critical system components, including TCPS boards in every I/O and control engine core, ensuring stable and reliable operation for the entire turbine control system.
Independent Core Control:It is equipped with eight toggle switches on its surface, allowing operators to power down each core independently for maintenance, troubleshooting, or safety purposes without affecting the entire system.
Comprehensive Status Monitoring:Featuring over twenty LED indicators, the board provides extensive visual feedback on power status and distribution health, enabling quick assessment of the system's operational condition at a glance.
Extensive System Interfacing:The board utilizes a high number of connectors (including J1R, J7W, J8A, J12A, etc.) for comprehensive interfacing within the Mark V system, ensuring robust electrical connections for power distribution, although some connectors like J15 and J16 are typically unused.
Hardware Configuration Capability:While it lacks software configuration, the board includes a BJS jumper for hardware-based configuration, specifically designed to isolate the ground reference in systems that utilize an external reference, enhancing electrical safety and compatibility.
